Cancellation Policy

You can cancel free of charge right up until the parcel leaves our counter.

The window

• Order placed. It joins the queue at the 150 Sullivan St counter and can be cancelled instantly.
• Being packed. Still cancellable – call +1 212-633-2290 and we will stop it.
• Handed to the carrier. No longer cancellable; Camera Haven handles it as a return instead.

If it has already shipped

Once it has shipped, the return policy takes over. You can also refuse delivery and it comes straight back to us.

Cancellations by us

Camera Haven cancels an order itself only when an item turns out to be short on the Red Hook shelf or the delivery address cannot be reached. In either case we email you first and refund in full within 3-5 business days.
