Camera Haven ships every order itself from 150 Sullivan St.

What shipping costs

A flat $4.95 covers shipping on any order below $35. Reach $35 and shipping is removed from the total automatically.

How long it takes

We aim to hand parcels to the carrier within one business day of the order landing. Days the shop is closed are not counted as business days.

Where we deliver

Delivery is limited to the United States. Orders cannot be placed for addresses outside it, and checkout will not accept one.

If something goes wrong

Damage in transit is our problem to solve, not yours. Send photos to [email protected] within a week of delivery and we will put it right.
