Orders leave Camera Haven inside 1–2 business days with US carriage normally 3–7 business days on top, and you are emailed the tracking number when it goes.

How much is shipping?

A flat $4.95 covers US shipping at Camera Haven, and it drops to nothing once the order passes $35.00.

Do you ship outside the United States?

International delivery is not something Camera Haven offers today.

Can I collect my order from the shop?

Everything ordered here is shipped because Camera Haven cannot hold it at the counter, which is at 150 Sullivan St, Brooklyn, NY 11231, United States and open Mon-Thu: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Fri: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Sat: Closed | Sun: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

What can I pay with?

At Camera Haven you can pay by card or with Afterpay, Klarna, Direct bank transfer and Check payment, with the details going straight to the payment provider rather than to the shop.

Can I return something?

You have 30 days from delivery to send an unused item back to Camera Haven in its original packaging, and if the error was ours it costs you nothing. The full terms Camera Haven applies are on the Refund and Returns Policy page.

How fast are refunds?

Refunds from Camera Haven are processed within 3-5 business days of the parcel arriving back.

Can I cancel an order?
