Return and Refund Policy
Camera Haven accepts returns for 30 days from the day the parcel arrives, on unused items in their original packaging.
How to start a return
- Start by emailing [email protected]. Tell us the order number and the item, and we will send return instructions the next business day at the latest.
- Pack the item as it arrived, including any case, insert or instruction card.
- Send it to the address we confirm, and keep the postage receipt until the refund lands.
- We check the item in, then raise the refund.
What we can accept
We can only take back items that have not been used and that still have their packaging. Opened hygiene or consumable stock is excluded.

Who pays the postage
You pay to send it back when you have simply changed your mind. If the fault is ours, we pay both ways.
When the money arrives
Once the return arrives we refund to the method you paid with, normally within three to five business days.
